The names of those who have stood in the Erbprinz's kitchen read like a "Who's Who" of Germany's top chefs. While imprinting his own destinctive signature, Ralph Knebel, the head chef since 2008, also continues the tradition of his predecessors at the two restaurants, the Erbprinz and the Weinstube Sibylla. He is assisted by Tim Buchmann, the restaurant manager and sommelier.
