Dear Guests,
as some of you may have already found out, a fire broke out in the sauna area of our hotel in September. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the fire department, the rescue services, our hotel guests, our partners and all Erbprinz employees, whose courageous efforts helped to bring the situation under control quickly and professionally.
Large parts of the hotel, the restaurants and the Café Erbprinz are not affected at all by the incidents and are not compromised in any way. Unfortunately, there were severe consequences for our Beauty SPA. Much of the area must be reconstucted and will not reopen for the next few months. Please note that our saunas are therefore closed and cannot be used for the time being. Our indoor pool and resting areas are however available, as are the massages which will take place in another part of the hotel.
