The culinary masterclass: two gala menus

Chef Ralph Knebel presents his art with uncompromising precision. On this evening, you can choose between two unique 6-course menus that represent the pinnacle of his mastery. 

The classic menu

It combines precision craftsmanship with exclusive ingredients such as Imperial Auslese Gold caviar and veal, finished with Périgord truffles. 

The vegetarian menu 

Experience the refinement of rare ingredients, such as Alba truffles and Périgord truffles, in a new dimension of culinary delight. 

Elegance in rhythm: music, fireworks, midnight snacks.

The gala begins at 7 p.m. with a stylish champagne reception and exquisite finger food. The musical accompaniment will be enriched this year: in addition to the “Happy Six”, we are delighted to welcome the versatile “SONJA PRIEHN & BAND” to the dance floor for the first time as top-class live entertainment. This underlines our commitment to continuously developing the programme. The highlight at midnight is our characteristic Erbprinz fireworks display, followed by a midnight snack, which accompanies the celebrations in the Café Erbprinz until the early hours of the morning.
