You are welcome to rent our exclusive e-bikes from our cooperation partner Tillit Bikes. You can choose between Cannondale Moterra and Pivot Shuttle. To do this, please contact our staff at reception (701).

Our rich breakfast buffet is available from 6.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. and on Sundays from 7.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. We would be happy to bring breakfast to your room. Use the order card on the desk in your room. For reservations excluding breakfast, you can book it extra at any time for 17,50€ per person.

HOUSEKEEPING

Please note that the daily housekeeping cleaning service is available only till 15:00 CET, afterwards we can happily bring towels, bath amenities etc. to your room. Therefore the full cleaning service will be postponed for the day after in case you have the do-not-disturb sign on though the whole day till 15:00 CET.

HYGIENE PRODUCTS

Hygiene items such as toothbrushes / toothpaste, shaving sets, combs, cotton swabs and handkerchiefs are available free of charge at the reception.

INTERNET

Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel area. To use the WiFi, select the "Erbprinz-802.11" network. You don't need a separate password. To use the LAN, connect your computer to the socket marked "L" in your room. Please note that the LAN access are is available in all rooms. A LAN cable is available at the reception.

We will be happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board in your room. Simply contact the hotel reception (701).

ROOM BILL

All your food, beverages and services at the Erbprinz can be charged on the room and paid when you check out at the end of your stay.

ROOM CLEANING

We make up your room every day. If you do not want this, you can hang the "Do not disturb" sign on the outside of your door.

ROOM SERVICE

We are happy to serve you the food and drinks from the room service menu in 24-hour room service. On request, we can also serve breakfast in your hotel room. For room service, we charge a flat-rate service fee of EUR 4.00 for drinks and EUR 8.00 for meals.

SAFE

In every hotel room there is a safe in the wardrobe. Alternatively, you can leave valuables at our reception. We do not assume any liability.

SAUNA

Our sauna is open for you from Monday to Friday from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday we open the sauna from 11 a.m. If you have any questions about our various saunas, please call our staff at reception. (701)

SAVE THE ENVIRONMENT

Saving the environment is essential to all of us. We therefore ask you to help us and pay attention to our towel changing policy. Only towels left on the bathroom floor will be exchanged. Thank you for your cooperation!

Sewing kits are in the wardrobe of every hotel room. If you have any clothes that need resewing, you can also give then in at the reception and our team will be happy to assist you.

TOWELS

If you wish, we will change your towels every day. If you need more towels, we will be happy to bring them to your room. We also have towels ready for you in the SPA and sauna area.

TRAIN STATION

Karlsruhe main station: distance approx. 6.5 km

Karlsruhe main station can be easily reached with the public transport lines S1 / S11. A train stop and a ticket automat are right next to the Erbprinz. We would also be happy to organize a taxi for you or our in-house shuttle service for a ride to the train station.

TRANSPORTATION

Train and bus connections are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The S1 / S11 trains go via Karlsruhe to Hochstetten, as well as to Ittersbach and Bad Herrenalb. Bus 110 goes via Malsch to Waldprechtsweier, bus 105 to Ettlingen West and bus 107 to the train station in Durlach. The hotel reception will have the exact departure times ready for you.
