Our current chef Ralph Knebel's culinary art has been ennobled with a Michelin star since 2012 and currently has 17 points in the Gault Millau, one point more than in previous years. Thanks to the ratings in the guides, Ralph Knebel can count himself among the 100 best chefs in Germany currently. He is supported by our head chef Peter Kubach, while in our very own pâtisserie, Jasmina Knebel is responsible for the sweet finale.

Enjoy the culinary art of chef Ralph Knebel in our gourmet restaurant "Erbprinz". The walls in the restaurant are adorned with a conceptually coherent ensemble of twelve works of art, among others by Otmar Alt and Johannes Grützke. On March 12th, 1981, twelve artists met at the invitation of the Merlin publisher Andreas J. Meyer in the Erbprinz and captured this meeting with their own work, illustrating "A Crown in Culinary Art".
The culinary offers in our cozy wine tavern Sibylla in the Erbprinz ranges from buffalo mozzarella and tomato-bread-salad to char with chararelle risotto and Swabian sirloin steak with melted onions. A business menu that changes daily and our special vegetarian and seasonal dishes complete the menu. On a sunny day you can also enjoy your lunch or dinner on our beautiful terrace.
