In April 2026, everything in Ettlingen will once again revolve around champagne. Winemakers from the twin town of Épernay will be guests in Ettlingen this weekend to present their champagne.
On Friday, 17 April, we will kick off the sparkling weekend with an exclusive 4-course champagne dinner. Enjoy champagne from selected winemakers from Épernay paired with an exclusive 4-course menu from Ralph Knebel's Erbprinz kitchen to kick off the weekend.
Price per person: €230, including champagne aperitif, 4-course menu & intermezzo, champagne pairing, water and coffee.
